Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for your esthetician's time and for clients on our waitlist, we ask that any changes be made as early as possible. 48+ hours notice — No fee. We appreciate the courtesy. Within 48 hours — 25% of the service total is charged. Any deposit held will be forfeited. Within 24 hours — 50% of the service total is charged. Any deposit held will be forfeited. Within 12 hours or no-show — The full service amount is charged. Any deposit held will be forfeited. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file. We understand that life happens.
